How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces leave the atelier within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express is 1–2. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. Unworn pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Start a return by writing to us with your order number.
Do you offer repairs?
Complimentary repairs are offered within the first year for manufacturing faults. After that we repair at cost — send us a photograph and we will advise.
Is gift wrapping included?
Always. Every order arrives in recycled ivory paper, tied with silk ribbon, with a handwritten card. Add a gift message in the order notes at checkout.
