Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with ÉLORA Atelier (“ÉLORA”, “we”, “us”). By browsing or ordering, you agree to them. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

2. Using the store

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and not misuse the store — including attempting to access other customers' data, interfere with security features, or place fraudulent orders.

3. Products and availability

Pieces are made in small batches and may sell out. Colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens and in real life; natural materials such as pearls and leather vary by nature. We describe every piece as accurately as we can, and photographs are illustrative rather than a guarantee of an exact grain or tone.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where stated. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties and local taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if the corrected price is unacceptable, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or an error. If we decline, any amount already paid is refunded.

6. Payment

• Bank transfer — your order is reserved for 48 hours. Items are dispatched once funds clear. Include the order number as the payment reference.
• Cash on delivery — available in supported regions and for orders under the limit shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready.
• Card payments — offered only where explicitly enabled at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

8. Returns and exchanges

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. In summary, unworn pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days, except earrings (for hygiene) and made-to-order pieces, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

The ÉLORA name, logo, photography, copy and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Product photographs may not be reused without credit and consent.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review or message, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the store. Reviews are moderated for abuse and verified where possible. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ÉLORA Atelier is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction or, where the law allows, your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on this page.
